ROVIGO S.P.R.L. has been a player on the insolvency market for the past 12 years, from the early moments of the insolvency practitioner profession. The leadership in insolvency held presently by our Company is the result of the know-how accumulated in 12 years of activity, of the high degree of professionalism proven by creating a team that has managed numerous cases of voluntary reorganization and judicial liquidation.
From the very beginning, our team has been focusing on the constant improvement of the working methods used, by participating to national and international conferences and congresses on insolvency themes.
From the point of view of experience in the field, logistic and organization support, the high degree of debts recovery, particularly budgetary debts recovery, our Company’s results obtained have been noticed and appreciated also by ANAF and AVAS, reason for which ROVIGO S.P.R.L. is included both in the Insolvency Practitioners List approved by the Ministry of Public Finances – the National Agency for Fiscal Administration , for all country areas, and in the Liquidators List approved by the Authority for State Assets Recovery in order to participate to the auctions organized for choosing the liquidators of the commercial companies where the State has controlling interest.
ROVIGO S.P.R.L. implemented and maintains an ISO 9001:2001Quality Management System in performing the insolvency practitioner profession.
ROVIGO S.P.R.L. is member of INSOL Europe and INSOL International (the European and International Insolvency Organization).
ROVIGO S.P.R.L. has concluded a professional insurance in amount of 1,300,000 LEI as per the insurance policy no 2877121 of January 12, 2011 signed with ALLIANZ – TIRIAC ASIGURARI S.A.
